PROJECT MANAGER

You must have successfully worked on multiple residential or commercial projects exhibiting exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and control overall start to finish planning and budgeting of multiple residential or commercial projects in the multi-million dollar range. Direct responsibility for monitoring construction and financial activities; including budgeting, cost estimating, P&L and other fiscal management duties. You will be the main liaison with our clients, client representatives, design team, subcontractors, vendors and consultants. You should have management and supervisory experience along with a strong and proven track record of improving work performance, job progress and productivity.

You should have 8-10 years of progressive experience in a senior role in a residential or commercial environment. You must have a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent. You must have strong demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making. You must have excellent leadership, team management and relationship building skills.
